1. The materials of the body is Casting steel after 24 hours heating treatment,thickness of body is 60mm,after second

stage annealing ,making by CNC machine,with high strength and high precision.

2. All the transmission gear is oblique gear,with low noise and high precision,gears after high frequency heating and

grinding,adopt automatic circle lubrication.

3. The gear material is 20CrMnTi alloy steel,after high frequency heating and grinding.and the main transmission gear and

roller adopt expansion sleeve connection.

4. Main Bearing adopt the famous brand made in japan NSK.

5. The main electric system use “SIEMENS” brand.

6. Whole machine with automatic inking washing system.

7. Slotting unit carton size adjustment automatic

8. Whole machine is one key change orders ,fast and easily change order.

9. All machine can be Remote monitoring, HMI can connect wifi for easy maintenance.
